Kings River/Pine Flat Dam/Pine Flat Lake adds value to Fresno County Real Estate
Reedley Realtor Gary Gipson took this picture on a recent trip to Wonder Valley. This picture illustrates the beauty and recreation waiting just outside of our Fresno County cities. In this picture we have the Kings River in the foreground, with Pine Flat Dam behind, with the snow-covered Sierra Nevada Mountains behind that. Pine Flat Dam delays the water from the Kings River in it's rush to the Valley floor to make Pine Flat Lake, which provides make family activities. These include boating, fishing, camping, picnicing, hiking, biking, photography, bird watching and many other outdoor activities. There have even been Bald Eagles spotted in the Sycamore Creek area in the past.
